Sony have been so desperate to sell you undecideds and Raimi-devotees, that they have managed to release a frankly amazing 25 minutes worth of material online to promote their upcoming reboot.

Someone has taken the initiative of editing together those clips and the result is a mini-movie that seems to basically bounce through every major plot beat necessary for a Summer blockbuster.

It looks like the sequel to 2010's surprise hit Monsters is picking up a bit of steam. Monsters was the ultra low budget indie darling of the year, making stars of everyone involved and breathing life into a genre that was becoming dominated by big budget FX fests.

Hotel Transylvania - Top Slice

A new trailer has been released for the upcoming animated comedy Hotel Transylvania, featuring a lot of monsters, a lot of big name voices and a lot of laughs. It’s shaping up to be the animated hit of the year.

Chucky

A belated sixth entry in the killer doll horror franchise Child’s Play has been announced, with Curse Of Chucky set for a direct-to-DVD release.

Paddington - Top Slice

The first teaser poster for the new live-action adaptation of the Paddington Bear book series has been released, showing Paddington in, presumably, the station with which he shares a name.

Machete Kills - Charlie Sheen and Robert Rodriguez

Troubled tiger-blooded actor Charlie Sheen is to appear in forthcoming action sequel Machete Kills, according to director Robert Rodriguez on Twitter. And just wait until you hear who he’s playing…
