
Christopher Nolan, the man behind the huge success of the Batman/Dark Knight franchise, has been awarded his own star on the famous forecourt of the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

Batman has faced a multitude of foes since his first appearance in Detective Comics. Get ready for it: The official run-time for The Dark Knight Rises is in, and (to the surprise of almost no-one) it's an epic worthy of its predecessors, clocking in at 164 minutes and 27 seconds, according to the British Board of Film Classification.
