Three brand new character posters have been released just in time for next week's release of Zack Snyder's Superman reboot, Man of Steel.

Another trailer for Zack Snyder's Man of Steel has just pounded into the surface of the internet with the force of Kal-El himself.

The promotional material for Man of Steel has sided heavily on the Kryptonian side of things; mostly Superman and General Zod, with a smattering of Jor-El for good measure. So it's interesting that the first clip to be released for the film focuses on the less than super individuals.

Remember Timecop? The film starring Jean Claude Van Damme about a time travelling cop with an amazing mullet? Well, it's the next, not-that-old film Hollywood have decided to remake.

The latest Man of Steel trailer brings grave warnings to our planet.

May 16th 2014 marks the release date of the brand spanking new Godzilla. Directed by Gareth Edwards it's not surprising to see, in a picture tweeted by Legendary Pictures, what looks like a Japanese commuter train under some distress.

You can't have a movie without about twenty character posters to promote it. Recently The Hangover Part III deigned to make a giraffe used in a joke worthy of a character poster. At least these Man of Steel character posters are on-point. For now.

Earlier this week news hit that Will Smith is looking to 'reboot' (the Hollywood buzzword du jour to replace the thoroughly sullied 'remake') Sam Peckinpah's The Wild Bunch.

Richard Madden, who plays Robb Stark in Game of Thrones has signed on to play the Prince in Disney's new live-action version of Cinderella.

Gremlins is one of my favourite movies. If me and my lady had to pick a movie to be "our movie", it would be Gremlins. So, you can probably appreciate how precious I am about this series, and how annoyed I am by the inevitable remake/reboot news that has crapped all over my doorstep.
